Delivery Times

For stock items, we aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. Some of our garments are made to order i.e. Atelier commissions so this may vary. 


UK Deliveries

All of our deliveries are sent 1st Class via Royal Mail. Royal Mail aim to deliver within a 1-2 day turnaround. All orders are treated as urgent as we want you to enjoy our garments straight away! All UK orders will receive FREE delivery. 


International Deliveries 

All of our international deliveries are sent via Parcelforce and aim to deliver your order within 2 working days from dispatch. This service is fully tracked and very reliable. All orders over £150 will receive FREE delivery or otherwise incur a £15 delivery charge. However, most garments are made to order to the turnaround is approximately 5-6 working days from the date the order is placed. 

 

Polite Notice

We try our best to keep to guarantee these times, however there can sometimes be delays during our promotions and around busier periods such as UK bank holidays. 

 

Exchanges

To exchange an item simply email us hello@alter.clothing within 14 days of purchase and explain the reason for the exchange. For most cases, we will ask you to post the garment back to us, however in some cases we may collect the item. We will dispatch your replacement order once the item is received back and process any outstanding refunds within 3 working days. 

 

Returns


You can return items that you are not happy with as long as it is within 14 days from delivery by emailing us at hello@alter.clothing. Returns will only be accepted if the items are unworn, unwashed and in its original condition complete with tags and packaging.

Please note that the shipping costs for returning the garments is the responsibility of the customer and is not included in any refunds or exchanges. Once the garments are received back and checked by our quality assurance team, refunds/exchanges will then be processed and you will receive an email to confirm this.
